(i have examples from the life of America and Italy)<br \/>\n      The greatest achievement of the 20th century innovation activity is the creation of innovation centre of tech-parks and tech-policy used for scientific research and new technologies in small and mid business.<br \/>\n      Creation and practical use of venture system played a special role in the development of innovation activity.
