The necessity for non-effective employment is, on the one hand, stipulated by young people\u2019s striving to satisfy their needs, have an income of their own and hold an adequate position in the society, and, on the other one, by the low income level in the country and the fact that families are unable to provide receiving of education by their children, and, in general, bear expenses related to their upbringing.<br \/>\n      Employment of young people requires special assistance and support. Young people are distinguished from other socio-demographical groups of population by good health, high education level, professional training, mobility, increased requirements for work, etc. which determines their behavior on the labor market.
