Industrial circulation of intellectual property on the level of industrial subject (enterprise, organization, industrial person) is an economical-legislative model of social market of intellectual property (results of intellectual activities).<br \/>\n      It is necessary to separate groups of relation among separate subjects of marketing in the innovative activity while practical realizing of commercialization of intellectual property; it is necessary to form organization-legislative problems caused during these relations in concrete market conditions and find adequate and relatively effective variants for every separate group of relation.<br \/>\n      To our mind, practical priorities of commercialization of intellectual property consist in the following:<br \/>\n      \u00b7\tOwners of intellectual property may be the founders of the firm in the way of entering intellectual capital into the nominal capital of the enterprises without granting real cash resources;<br \/>\n      \u00b7\tIt becomes possible to make additional profit by transferring rights on using intellectual property;<br \/>\n      \u00b7\tIntellectual property may be used while receiving credit at lease;<br \/>\n      \u00b7\tIntellectual property guarantees protection from business rivals during putting new product on market;
