The demographic, economic, and political factors most actively influencing business development in conditions of market economy during a transitional period are characterized. A conclusion is drawn by businessmen concerning their studies and the necessity of consideration the obtained results in practice. In the author’s opinion, this way enterprises will avoid undesirable influence of isolated factors on business, and in case of necessity they will be able to successfully use the expected opportunities.
