– This journey and the conference have made me feel that we are really moving the right way. The speech of the Georgian President has made a deep impression on me. The success of the country largely depends on the share contributed by the leaders of the country.

But if you let me, I will briefly tell you about my own experience in Taiwan. At the beginning of 1950 Taiwan’s incomes per person made up 100 USD. It was an awful country where poverty reigned. But as we had an outstanding leader we managed to cope with corruption and poverty. Since that time we managed to eradicate corruption, the income per person exceeds 5 000 USD.
