THE WAYS OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL CENTRES OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ATTRACTION IN GEORGI

In the article the theoretical methods of approach to formation and development of social and economic attraction centres (in different interpretation: grouth poles, city-kernel, growth centres etsetera) are investigated.
The author shows that during classification and investigation of ways of development such centres, together with the quick development and spreading of technologies it is necessary to take into account the small cauntries peculiarities, as well necessity of development such centres in regions in conditions of diversification of the economy, with the purpose to exclude probability of economical depression as a result of deterioration of economical conjuncture in separate branch of industry. The author proves that during strategy determination of distribution, dimension and characteristics of diversification of the economy of regional centres of industrial, scientific, social and cultural attraction requires taking into account as external (general), so private (tipical for Georgia) economic factors. Basic of ones are considered in the article. There are shown the ways of State regulation and market co-ordination of development of attraction centres in countries regions taking into account peculiarities of the regions. The State regulation and market co-ordination mast be directed towards stimulation of market infrastructure (financial, commercial, information, consulting etsetera) and contemporary productions (including in agriculture) development in centres of attraction and corresponding regions.
