SOS! Russia captured the world’s gas market in december

December of 2007 was distinguished with those important facts that have taken place on the world energy market, they can change the balance of power during the following 10 years.

Finally Russia managed to reach its goal and in December Turkmenistan’s, Kazakhstan’s and Russia’s ministers of energy signed the agreement in Moscow, on the construction of gas pipeline. At first the pipeline will flow 10 billion m3 of natural gas, for 2010 the amount will reach 30 billion m3. Before this agreement Turkmenistan increased the price of 1000m3 natural gas to $130 for Russia and Kazakhstan increased it to $180. The agreed sides will construct the pipeline with joint forces; this pipeline will supply Europe with natural gas through Russia. Russia’s, Turkmenistan’s and Kazakhstan’s united supplies of energy resources are the largest part of world’s energy supplies. We can say that with the implementation of the above mentioned project Russia declared war against the world, United States have strongly opposed this plan for a long time, it is trying to lead a new project from Caspian Basin through Georgia towards Turkey, from where it will connect with Europe. The new versions of this project are also discussed. One is through Georgia- Ukraine-Brid towards Turkey; the second way is through Turkey towards Europe. But as an alternative to all these projects appeared Russia’s project, that strongly opposes Europe’s and the United States’ strategic interests. But as it is observed Russia is quite enough reinforced. Except the prolongation of Putin’s power (it has no vital sense Putin will be the president or the Prime Minister) in Russia the autocratic dictatorship is camouflaged in the framework of democracy. Russian elections confirmed Putin’s dictatorship once again. The elections were very much alike with the elections held 70 years ago. Those elections depended on the so called Constitution of the 1936. In December of 1937 Stalin conducted the first so called Soviet Democratic Elections, in that Constitution was mentioned that the member states of the Soviet Union had the right to leave the Union voluntarily, but such kind of action needed serious courage from member states’ side. This phrase seemed to be a bit utopian, but the years of 90s proved its reality. Celebrating the anniversary of the 1937s elections Russia held in December of 2007 the “Act Registering”. Theoretically in 1937 and in 2007 the representation of alternative candidates took place, but alternative was expelled in practice. This is the group full of dictatorial, chauvinistic and imperialistic ambitions that offers a great challenge to the World. Discussion does not only concern Georgia which was declared as an “enemy” from Russian side. It implies the struggle with the energy resources and prices of natural gas against the World. World does not recognize the increased prices that Russia managed with the help of “Gazprom”. Depending on its private sympathies Russia offers different prices of natural gas to the countries. Russia’s natural gas is not sold on the exchange; the quotation of it does not take place, so the prices established by Russia are absolutely limited and highly political and serve for the reanimation of the Russian Empire.
The logical continuation of the developed facts is the United States’ decision, which in December of 2007 implemented the Budget for the internal issues and for fighting economic recession. More than 400 million USD are put in the budget to aid the former Soviet Republics, specifically to settle the frozen conflicts in Georgia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Nagorno Karabakh; the sum of money foresees the limitation of Russia’s exploitation of the former Soviet countries, among them are Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. Naturally the English landing force in Turkmenistan serves for the same aim. The distinct moves were made towards the consents of pipeline construction from Turkmenistan, on which the Englishmen work separately. The negotiations are about pipeline construction passing Azerbaijan, Georgian and Turkish territories and supplying through it Europe with natural gas. It is possible to say that the United State’s and Europe’s struggle against Russia, or Russia’s aspiration for the World Supremacy has reached its decisive phase.
Reportedly, Russia with its 600 billion currency reserves, with oil income and inexhaustible number of natural riches stands on a solid position; despite undemocratic regime the large scale investments are made. Big companies such as “Shell”, “Total” and “BP” are actively cooperating with imperialistic Russia. The avid leaders of Europe- France and Germany are leading close collaboration with Russia for the sake of the Baltic pipeline that directly supplies Germany with natural gas; also France’s firms are making large investments in Russia. As for Italy it has nearly 7 billion USD investments in Russia. Summing up the investments made in Russia’s energy sector by these three countries are nearly 35 billion USD.
Russia becomes the same strong, rough and imperialistic state as it used to be one century ago, during the period of 1937 elections.
