CHILDREN OF DIVORCED FAMILIES (RESUME)

It is important for a child to grow up in a family of both parents. Divorce brings much sufferings to children. Such factors as child’ age, his character, sex and relations with parents make their influence on children’s reaction to divorce.
According to the data of sociological research, many parents do not try to clear out the reasons and consequences of divorce. 13% of children do not see their fathers after the divorce. In each forth case relations of children with their fathers deteriorate. Educational potential of a family often gets worse. There is no such this as alimony in divorce practice. Children grow up in an emotionally unhealthy atmosphere because they are not sure of a tomorrow day. The probability of digression in behaviour of children from divorced families rises.
