Role of privatisation in the formation process of economic relations (SUMMARY)

The present article analyses negative features of state monopolisation in economy and highlights privatisation construction in post-Communist area both with regards to external trade and formation of such main principles of market economy as creation of labour resources market and securities markets, application of hired staffs, promotion of competitive environment, free movement of capital and labour resources, export of excess commodities and services, activation of money and credit relations between countries, formation of joint enterprises.
Proceeding from these principles, the main essence of privatisation is determined and considered as a principal stimulus for regional and global economic processes.
The given article also highlights the significance of market and two different models of market economy ? free market economy and “socially-oriented” economic models. It says that state economic policy is not distinct. It is not clear which models are supported here.
The article determines the principal directions of privatisation that differentiate current privatisation processes from other directions of privatisation in post-communist.
