Problems facing tax structure and ways of solving them (ABSTRACT)

The work deals with problems of tax structure. Some proposals have been elaborated to solve the problems. Positive and negative effects of reforms have been analyzed.

The purpose of the work is to evaluate ideas of important aspects of financial policy such as development of tax structure, increase of its stimulating effect on economy.
