How are U.S. devoted and closest alleys differ, never tired of battling against corruption?!

Who considers justice and justifiability as invaluable treasure, according of which thinking about morally rose political leader, standing far from corruption and crime is possible?! How is real claiming politician just moral and just resolutions making? Is George W. Bush leg behind Silvio Berlusconi? Or Tony Blear has less sins then that both? What would you tell about Jacques Chirac or other politicians? How many pure prime-ministers and presidents are at power? Is there any formula, defining “honest political leader” in the world? These are the issues need to be think about.
Sins of Tony Blair:
He pledged voters “high standards” of honesty and justifiability, but involved into shame financial scandals. “Hand Boy” of Condoleezza Rice found himself in the highlight of scandals.
Tony Blair became a prime-minister in May 14, 1997. He outlined in his report: “high standards of honesty and probity in social life”.
In 1995 Tony Blair accused John Mayor in financial interests towards the Conservative party. But in a decade everything turned the opposite. Blair was the firs prime-minister to be interrogated by Scot Yard – labor party was accused in bribe taking from donors. The scandal was deepening gradually.

In July of 2006, press wrote much about British Prime – Minister and his name related to one of the strongest leaders and became famous in Middle East and U.S. Blair was named as “bags carrier” of Condoleezza Rice, and role of bags is huge in the Middle East. Poll Draisen donated 100 000 GBP to the Labor party; 2. Draisen`s company “PowerJect” gained 32 million GBP contract for smallpox preventing vaccine preparation. It was unordinary that the contract was not carried out on tender, but in that case is would be purchased by German – Danish company “Bavaria Nodric”.
One more company having storage relationship with Tony Blair was “Jarvis Engineering” and its head Steven Norris, formally being member of Conservative party and Transport Minister in 1992 – but he resigned and preferred to be the Company President. While being the Conservative party member he believed donating money to the Labors was necessary. After that, political course of Labor party changed. Blair and Braun signed up social finance initiative committee contracts.
When Tony Blair was selected, he pledged reforms providing in the Chamber of Lords, but he could not do anything, just awarding titles to the candidates of the chamber and gaining a great deal of money.
The named scandals are nothing relatively with one more occurred scandal, involving in names of Tony Blair, Jonathan Powel, Alastair Campbell, Michele Levy, Rupert Merdock and other names, Fund of Labor Party and Iraqi war are among them.
Everyone knows how strong influence of Lyndon Johnson on Congress is and impact on starting of Vietnam War. Names of three companies are also well known having profit from the war – “Brown&Root”, “General Dinamics” and “Bell Corporation”.

Sins of Silvio Berlusconi:
At the beginning of electioneering company Silvio Berlusconi said following words: “I am politician Jesus Christ, I am patient sacrifice and sacrifice myself to every”. Counting all the accusations against Berlusconi will be able just by the services of Italy. “Berlusconi –supporter of Georgia W. Bush and his politics provider” – Berlusconi always opposed the words and took as blame, one on his justifying words were announcing Iraq war as an “unpleasant event”.
Europe`s history had been always differed with unique leaders. Starting with the Queen Elisabeth to Mussolini. Silvio Berlusconi was one of distinguish prime ministers of Italy.
Silvio Berlusconi is former prime minister of Italy and one of the richest person. His is among the list of billionaires in “Forbs” magazine. He handled political party “Italy Foreword”. They say his property is illegally gained, but came to the politics for his own property protecting. Silvio Berlusconi was many times accused in criminal dealing: bribe giving to policemen and lawyers, accountings fake, swindle in taxpaying issues, illegal financing of political parties, illegal way property acquiring, anti-monopoly laws breaching, money laundering and participating in mafia. He was also blamed in superstitious. Berlusconi could easily enforce any law advantageous for him. He controlled over 90% of televisions.
It seems Berlusconi suffers serious problems, but involved in corruption Italy politician is not unordinary issue for Italians. Berlusconi owns three biggest TV channels in Italy what seriously effected on his voters.
While his ruling period, Italy suffered economy slow generation, law productivity, export reduction, unemployment and high level of corruption.
Financial scandals were endless. British Minister of Culture, Media and Sport involved in the scandal her husband David Miles and Silvio Berlusconi. According to Italy Procurators, they accused both in swindling and money laundering, said that the prime-minister, as it appeared, Berlusconi paid USD 600000 Miles for superstitious. The amount presumably had been transferred via International Hedj Fund. The family confirmed that it was not Berlusconi`s money and blamed Procurators in violence. The amount circulated in 7 different international accounts, according to Italy source.
In November of 2005 Italy Secret Service (SISMI) published anonymous article of envoy, proving the fact of meeting providing in Rome four month before starting the war in Iraq. The meeting was attended by U.S. and Italy high-ranks. The article says, that Italy and U.S. used Iraq`s weapon of mass destruction as their own and threatened population with chemical and biological attack, meanwhile directing coalition forces to Bangladesh.
But as Silvio Berlusconi reported by TV, he opposed of war in Iraq. When in Italy Iranian Imam was kidnapped for money, scandal again knocked at Berlusconi`s door. Despite of such many scandals, he has lots of supporters in Italy.

Sins of Jacques Chirac
Dressed with taste, fascinating, well bred and full with life was petting with such sort of attributes of power as voyages abroad and living in governmental castle. He was important figure on international arena. His view on Iraq was always in highlight. His opinions were not just about geopolitics, because the base of the opinion was provided by long term, complex and several times secret relationship with Sedum Hussein.
So before reviewing France policy, one should keep in mind that it is not handled with just economic and geopolitical views. And for talking about details we should remember long history of Jacques Chirac and Sadam Hussein relationship. The relationship starts in 1974, when French Premier Jacques Chirac met the second person of Iraqi government – vice-president Sadam Hussein, in Baghdad. The main issue of the discussion, while the meeting was atomic reactor purchasing by Iraq. Jacques Chirac personally took around the nuclear factory Sadam Hussein, in 1975. Jacques Chirac presidency lasted from 1995 to 2007. His domestic policy faced following: low taxes, control canceling on prices, strict forfeits providing against terrorism and crime. Jacques Chirac was the second long acting president after Francois Materna.
Chirac`s name was often related to scandals. Investigation faced, that he used “Clandestine Funds” for personal interests, but a lot elucidated later. Interrogation of Chirac was not able because he was protected by president ` s immunity.
Chirac`s party lost control over Paris following financial scandals in 2001 while local elections providing.
Chirac`s representatives constantly rejected accusation, weekly faced in newspapers, in 2006, one of such was rejection of accusation that Chirac had opened account in Japanese bank “Sowa”. But the information of secret envoy passed to investigators. Chirac had multi-million account in the bank, according to envoy.
France press often published articles about Chirac`s term finishing and he would become ordinary citizen of France, he would not be protected by president` s immunity and would have to be brought before court for many financial scandals.
